Service Description
(6) Group Classes $300 [3.5% invoice fee included] All group training sessions will be held at Veterans Park in Tracy, CA Address: 238 Glenhaven Dr, Tracy, CA 95377 If the training location changes for any reason, we will always provide an update in advance. Your group training sessions do not need to be used consecutively and may be used at any time during our scheduled group classes. Please come prepared with: Flat collar and leash Slip lead or prong collar, depending on what you are currently working on E-collar, if you are training with an E-collar High-value treats — and lots of them! Please arrive prepared and ready to begin, as classes start promptly and are approximately 30–45 minutes maximum. We want to make the most of our training time, so please have your equipment ready before class begins. To help us make the most of our group training time, we kindly ask that you send any questions to us prior to class whenever possible. Group sessions are focused on hands-on training and working with each dog and handler, so we do not set aside dedicated time for individual questions during class. We’re always happy to address your questions beforehand so you can come to class prepared and ready to train! We look forward to seeing you in class!
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy All training sessions and evaluations must be booked in advance through our online system or by contacting us directly. A deposit (or full payment, if required) is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a forfeit of your deposit/session fee. No-shows are charged the full session amount. If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate you within our availability. Waitlist Policy If a session time you’d like is fully booked, you may join our waitlist. When a spot becomes available, clients on the waitlist will be contacted in the order they were added. Waitlist openings must be accepted within a set time frame (e.g., 6–12 hours) before the slot is offered to the next client.
