[3.5% invoice fee included] We require mastery of basic obedience before registering for K9 Protection Work. An evaluation is required if you are a new client. Please contact us with any questions. All prices are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy All training sessions and evaluations must be booked in advance through our online system or by contacting us directly. A deposit (or full payment, if required) is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a forfeit of your deposit/session fee. No-shows are charged the full session amount. If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate you within our availability. Waitlist Policy If a session time you’d like is fully booked, you may join our waitlist. When a spot becomes available, clients on the waitlist will be contacted in the order they were added. Waitlist openings must be accepted within a set time frame (e.g., 6–12 hours) before the slot is offered to the next client.
