Service Description
Before beginning any training program, we start with a one-on-one evaluation to understand your dog’s unique personality, behavior, and needs. During this session, we’ll: Discuss your goals and concerns. Assess your dog’s temperament, current training level, and environment. Identify any behavioral challenges or areas for improvement. Recommend the best training plan tailored to you and your dog. This evaluation ensures we create a customized, effective approach that sets you and your dog up for success. (3.5 % invoice fee included)
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy All training sessions and evaluations must be booked in advance through our online system or by contacting us directly. A deposit (or full payment, if required) is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a forfeit of your deposit/session fee. No-shows are charged the full session amount. If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate you within our availability. Waitlist Policy If a session time you’d like is fully booked, you may join our waitlist. When a spot becomes available, clients on the waitlist will be contacted in the order they were added. Waitlist openings must be accepted within a set time frame (e.g., 6–12 hours) before the slot is offered to the next client.
